Claw machine hire for events

Hiring a claw machine from us is simple. We deliver it to your event, set it up, check it works and show your team how to restock the prizes. It takes a few minutes. When the event is over, we come back and collect it.

• Phone or video call support throughout the event.

Staff are not included. The machine runs on its own and anyone on your team can look after it. If you would like someone to host the game, we can add a promo host by the hour.

Nobody wants guests leaving empty-handed. That is why our machines leave the warehouse on the easiest difficulty setting, so your merchandise ends up with your guests rather than stuck inside the cabinet.

It is still a game of skill, and that is the fun of it: you have to line up the claw and pick your moment. Our machines are not rigged. People who take their time usually win something, and everyone else stays for another go.

Would you rather make it a bit harder, for example for a draw with expensive prizes? Just ask and we will raise the difficulty before the event.

You can fill the machine with two kinds of prize:

• Plush toys of 10 to 15 cm, weighing no more than 150 g. We recommend at least 120 so the cabinet looks full.
• Clear or coloured 9 cm balls, up to 150 per machine, in five colours: green, yellow, blue, red and clear. Inside goes whatever you choose: a keyring, earbuds, a voucher or a product sample.

If your prize will not fit in a ball, send us a sample. We test whether the claw can pick it up and send you a video. Items the claw cannot grip get a small ring attached, and for big prizes such as a T-shirt we use a prize ticket.

A claw machine dressed in your brand can be seen from across the hall and shows up in every photo. There are two levels of branding:

• PVC panels in three areas: lower sides, upper sides and upper front. The quick option to get your logo in view.
• Full wrap: the whole machine in your colours and design, including the rear mirror.

The machine is 64.5 cm wide, 188 cm high and 70 cm deep, and weighs 130 kg. That sounds like a lot, but it is on wheels and moves easily around the venue.

• Power: one standard socket nearby. It draws 75 W, about the same as a large light bulb.
• Access: it fits any lift or goods lift at least 2 m high and 150 cm deep.
• Outdoors: it can go outside at the client’s responsibility. Sun is fine, but if it rains it must be covered and the electrics protected.

We have more than 20 claw machines, so large orders are not a problem. Two to twelve machines at once is common: a row of machines on a trade show stand, one per floor in a shopping centre, or several spread across a chain’s stores during a campaign.
