Giant gumball machine hire

It is the giant version of the classic gumball machine, but filled with prize capsules rather than sweets. It stands about 180 cm tall and its 80 cm clear globe rises above the crowd. On a stand, at a shop entrance or at a wedding reception, you can see it from far away.

There is no trick to it: turn the handle and out comes a 9 cm capsule with a gift inside. Because it does not depend on skill, everybody wins. It is perfect when you want to give every guest a small gift in a fun way.

The globe holds about 250 capsules of 9 cm. We have them in green, blue, clear and red, subject to stock. You can put almost any small item inside:

• your brand merchandise: pins, keyrings, magnets or wristbands;
• product samples, such as cosmetics or accessories;
• discount vouchers or tickets for a bigger prize;
• at a wedding, a favour for each guest or a note from the couple.

The capsules open and close with a little pressure. You can fill them yourself or ask us to do it. The machine is loaded through a front door, and our technician shows you how during set-up.

The machine is white as standard, a clean canvas for your brand. There are three ways to brand it:

• 4 logo stickers: quick and discreet.
• Full wrap of the body in your colours and design.
• Wrap on the globe itself, so your logo floats above the capsules.

A gift handed over in person is forgotten within minutes. A gift that comes out of a gumball machine becomes a small moment: the guest walks up, turns the handle, hears the capsule drop, opens it and shows everyone what they got. That ritual is what brings people over in groups and gets them taking photos.

The machine also keeps things orderly. You do not need anyone behind a table handing out bags: each person takes their own and the globe always shows how many are left. And for a bit of extra excitement, add a few capsules in a different colour with a bigger prize.

We deliver it, set it up and show you how to load it. It needs one standard socket nearby. For venue access, tell us about stairs or lifts and we will check it with you. Staff are not included, but we are available by phone or video call throughout the event.
