Planning
How to fit the claw machine into your stand
- Put it by the aisle. At the back of the stand, nobody sees it.
- Space. The claw machine has a 64.5 × 70 cm footprint. Leave room in front for the player and the queue.
- Power. A standard socket is enough. Ask your stand builder for one.
- Venue schedules. We coordinate with the show’s build-up and with your stand builder. We arrive before opening and dismantle at close.
- Several days. We hire for the whole show. Prepare plenty of prizes: the machine holds up to 150 balls and restocking takes a moment.
If your hall is dimly lit, the LED prize claw machine really stands out. And if you want each visitor to take something without waiting, the giant gumball machine is quicker.

We have more than 20 units of each machine, so we can set up a row of branded machines on a large stand or spread several across a company’s stands. We have taken claw machines to technology, food, health, pet and machinery trade shows, and to medical conferences in hotels and conference centres.
When the same brand exhibits at several shows in the same month, we can have machines in different cities at the same time.

Trade show questions
Do you coordinate with our stand builder?
Yes. We work around the show’s build-up schedule and your stand builder. We just need to know where the machine goes and that there is a socket.
Can we limit goes per visitor?
Yes. The machine can run on branded metal tokens that your team hands out as it wishes.
Which prizes work best at a trade show?
Small merchandise inside 9 cm balls, teddy bears with your logo or tickets for a bigger prize that visitors collect at the stand.
Do you hire for multi-day shows?
Yes. We hire for the whole show, and extra days cost less than the first.
Do you work at IFEMA and Fira de Barcelona?
Yes, they are the venues where we work most, along with CCIB and hotels and conference centres across Spain.
