How claw machine hire works
Hiring a claw machine is easier than it looks. You tell us about the event and we handle the rest: branding, delivery, set-up and collection. Here is every step and what you need to know about each machine.
The process
Six steps, from idea to collection

Request a quote
Date, venue, machines and quantity, and whether you want them branded. By form, phone or WhatsApp.

Book
A 50% payment secures the date. The other 50% is paid three days before the event.

We brand it
Send us your artwork two weeks before. Branded teddy bears need three weeks to a month.

We set up
We bring the machine, set it up, check it works and show you how to restock prizes.

Enjoy the event
The machine runs on its own. If anything comes up, we help by phone or video call.

We collect
When it is over, we come back for it. The used balls are yours to keep.
Claw machines
How a claw machine works
The player presses the button and the game starts. With the joystick they move the claw forwards, backwards and sideways. Once it is above the prize, they press again and the claw drops, closes and rises. If the prize holds, the claw carries it to the chute and releases it.

Gumball machines
How the ball machines work
With the giant gumball machine and the surprise capsule machine, no skill is needed. Turn the handle and a 9 cm capsule drops out with the gift inside. Each go takes a few seconds and there is always a prize.
The capsules open and close with a little pressure. You can fill them yourself before the event or ask us to do it. During set-up we show you how to load the machine.
Requirements
What you need at the venue
A standard socket
The claw machines use little power. The classic one draws 75 W.
A 2 m lift
The claw machines fit lifts or goods lifts 2 m high and 150 cm deep, and are on wheels.
Indoors or outdoors
Outdoors they can be used at the client’s responsibility, always under cover if it rains.
No staff
Staff are not included. If you like, we add a promo host by the hour.
